In case customers are not satisfied with an order for a reason between A and B below, the item(s) can be returned max within 14 days from the purchase/payment date:
A. Size not compliant
B. Defective item
Customer should e-mail email@example.com max within 14 days from their purchase/payment date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and including motivation for the return (A or B).
Please include also your Order Number and your Item Code(s) to be returned, and state if your request is for an item exchange or a refund.
Please send the return according to the shipping terms, including the indicated courier.
Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the AirWay Bill as per the instructions in the RAN email.
Return shipments are free only from Italy, while in case of international shipping the return shipment costs will be deducted from your item exchange or refund.
Refund specification: refunds will be accepted and processed only in case of defective item or in case your correct size will be unavailable in our stock promptly for item size exchange.
Refunds will be net of return shipment costs if out of Italy.
Once the refund request will be verified and approved by Sara Battaglia, it will be immediate.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use, including the fact that items must still carry correctly their original tag.
We reserve the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a refund.
Sara Battaglia reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions.
Sara Battaglia will not accept returned items that do not follow the terms and conditions of the return policy.
Sara Battaglia reserves the right not to accept order returns on items for sale.
