SHIPMENT AND FEES
Shipment is Free only in Italy. As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from Sara Battaglia are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro. Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.

CUSTOM DUTIES
Import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.”

SHIPMENT DATE
Orders are shipped from www.sarabattaglia.com, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. www.sarabattaglia.com ships using DHL, standard shipping.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:

USA e Canada: 3-5 days depending on destination Europe: 2 days to main cities / 3 – 4 days to remote destination.
South
America : 3-5 days
Asia e Middle East: 3-5 days
Africa: 3-5 days.

Sara Battaglia doesn’t ship to Australia and Oceania. Sara Battaglia shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Sara Battaglia.
We remind first-time Clients that Sara Battaglia will request PayPal to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement. In all cases, Sara Battaglia reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.
Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from customerservice@sarabattaglia.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or Sara Battaglia.

SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. Sara Battaglia packages are carefully sealed in a box with tape around the sides of the box. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact www.sarabattaglia.com at customerservice@sarabattaglia.com. If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Sara Battaglia commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Clients expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
