SHIPMENT AND FEES
Sara Battaglia ships worldwide.
Shipment is free in Italy.
For international shipments, Sara Battaglia applies a flat fee rate.
As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from Sara Battaglia are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro.
Sale items purchased will be accompanied by an invoice declaring the discounted value of the items.
Import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are on the Customer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday 9am / 5pm CET working days.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders placed in the period going from 22nd December to 1st January will be processed on 2nd January.
Sara Battaglia ships using DHL standard shipping.

Sara Battaglia shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international custom issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Sara Battaglia.
We remind to First-time Customers that Sara Battaglia will request PayPal to contact the Customer’s bank for the approval of the charges.
This verification will delay immediate shipping.
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement.
In any case, Sara Battaglia reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.
Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.
When the order is shipped, Customers receive an e-mail from email@example.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in customs, Customers will be notified directly by the courier and/or Sara Battaglia.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Customers are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
Sara Battaglia packages are carefully sealed in a box with tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package.
In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, please open a claim immediately with the courier and contact our Customer Service.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the Sara Battaglia commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy.
These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
